Watch the first flight of UAV Rustom II - ingenuously developed by DRDO. The UAV's maiden flight was successfully conducted. Rustom -II is a Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) UAV.

The test flight took place at Aeronautical Test Range (ATR), Chitradurga, 250 km from Bengaluru. The site is a newly developed flight test range for the testing of UAVs and manned aircraft.
The flight accomplished the objectives of proving the flying platform, such as take-off, bank, level flight and landing.
