Dragon's Brand New Aircraft Carrier Type 001A Shandong Sends Worry Waves To Indian & US Navy

China on 24th April launched its first home made aircraft carrier Type 001A codenamed "Shandong". The launch of Aircraft carrier, which will have J-15 fighter jet in its aviation complex would make Indian Navy worry as it struggles to build its own Indigenous Aircraft Carrier, a program which is running years behind its schedule. Chinese Navy now has two aircraft carriers having Lioning-1 bought from Ukrain. PLA Navy would require 4 aircraft carriers to meet challenges in Asia -Pacific & Indian Ocean. However, China's PLA Navy is no match against US, which has 10 carrier fleet and the latest one to be launched this year twice the size of Chinese Type001A.
