799 out of 815 (registered) candidates in Pattan and 493 out of 500 candidates (for JAK LI Regimental Centre) in Srinagar appeared in the Army exam despite shut down call. A total of 1292 candidates appear at both the locations. According to sources, the candidates had already cleared their physical and medical test and today was the final exam. The high turn out clearly suggest that the youths of valley want to serve and fight for India. Lieutenant Umar Fayyaz is their hero and not Burhan Wani or Sabzar Bhat.
